Are your electricians licensed?+
Yes. Our team includes EMA-registered Licensed Electrical Workers (LEW) and HDB-approved contractors. We can share credentials on request.
Do you serve the whole of Singapore?+
Yes, we cover the entire island — HDB estates, condominiums, landed properties and commercial units.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency?+
Typical response time is 45 to 90 minutes, depending on time of day and traffic. Our emergency line is open 24/7.
Do you charge a call-out fee?+
A modest assessment fee applies for diagnosis visits and is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair on the same visit.
Do you provide a warranty?+
All workmanship carries a 30-day warranty. Parts we supply follow the manufacturer's warranty terms.
Can you handle HDB DB box upgrades?+
Yes. We plan and install compliant DB boxes with RCCB or RCBO protection, and can endorse the work as LEW where required.
Do you work with interior designers?+
Regularly. We handle first-fix and second-fix electrical works for renovation projects, following the ID's lighting and layout plans.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Cash, PayNow, bank transfer and most major cards. Invoices and receipts are issued for every job.
My power keeps tripping when it rains — what should I do?+
This is usually a water heater or bathroom circuit letting in moisture. Turn off the affected circuit at the DB and call us to diagnose the fault safely.
Do I need to supply the fittings?+
You can supply your own or we can source common brands. Either way we'll advise on suitable specifications before purchase.
